STREAMEREDITORPRO TERMS OF USE

Applicable version: 0.20.224

1. ACCEPTANCE
By installing or using StreamerEditorPro (the “Software”), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the Software.

2. LICENCE
The publisher of StreamerEditorPro grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Software in accordance with its documentation.

3. RESTRICTIONS
Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, you may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, circumvent protections, disassemble or attempt to extract the Software's source code. You may not use the Software unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.

4. CONTENT AND SERVICES
You remain solely responsible for all videos, audio, images, text, credentials and streaming destinations used with the Software. You must hold all necessary rights and permissions. The Software does not guarantee that a platform will accept any content or that a third-party service will remain available.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
The Software includes FFmpeg, FFprobe, VLC and other third-party components. They remain subject to their own licences, included in the distribution and third-party notices. These terms do not restrict any rights granted by those licences.

6. UPDATES
Updates may fix, change, add or remove features. An Internet connection may be required to check for or download an update. Updates are not guaranteed to remain permanently available.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
To the extent permitted by law, the Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, compatibility with every device or fitness for a particular purpose. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect loss, loss of data, loss of revenue, interrupted streaming or damage caused by third-party services. You must keep backups of projects and media before any important processing.

9. TERMINATION
This licence terminates if you breach these terms. You must then stop using and uninstall the Software. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory rules applicable in your country of residence. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
