A problem? Start with these checks.
- Note the version and build in the title of the window actually running.
- Read the error and check the export destination, free space and media access.
- Try a small project and a short export. For NAS media, compare with a local copy.
- Open Tools → Diagnostic in the application. Review personal information before sharing a report.
What can I do in the demo?
Editing, previews and project saving remain available. Demo video exports are limited to 60 seconds, up to 1280 × 720 and 30 fps, with a watermark.
Do my projects remain complete?
Yes. Limits apply to exported copies, not to the duration or media in a saved project. Keep your source files and useful caches too.
Must I install AI modules?
Not for standard editing. AI features that need them require separate components and sometimes compatible hardware.
Does a StreamerPro key work here?
No. StreamerEditorPro and StreamerPro licences are separate. Activate a valid Editor licence inside the application, without reinstalling.
Does it support 32-bit Windows?
The packages here are for 64-bit Windows. No x86 package is offered on this site.
